Garmann Miller designed a new medical office building that is home to multiple practices for Joint Township District Memorial Hospital and Grand Lake Health Systems. The project allowed for the consolidation of many practitioners in a single convenient location. The building was built on the site of the former Vancrest Nursing Home, across the street from the main hospital. The 30,000 sf single-story facility provides easy access and adequate parking for practices including OB/GYN, General Family Practice, Surgeons, ENT, and a lab. In addition, space was provided for educational functions, administrative services and an entire wing for future expansion.
