OUR PROCESS

Listening and hearing are not the same. Hearing is simply perceiving sound, whereas listening is something you consciously choose to do to fully understand with thoughtful attention. It’s active listening that ignites our passion and drives us to do big things.

CONNECT
WE UNITE YOUR DREAMS
WITH OUR PASSION

Our team embraces a long-standing commitment to connect with our clients both in person and virtually so we can fully understand their project needs.

ENGAGE
LET’S INSPIRE EACH OTHER
ON THIS JOURNEY

Our relationship-first approach centers on engaging with stakeholders throughout every step of the design process to ensure their vision is realized.

CREATE
WHEN VISION AND QUALITY
SHAPE THE FUTURE

Together we create functional, efficient and safe spaces that are true to scope. This is where the magic happens and when dreams become reality.

When we went through the interview process ... we did our homework, we checked references, we talked to districts that employed Garmann Miller. And the one thing we kept hearing over and over was that they’ll go the extra mile for you, they’ll really get to know you, and they’ll be responsive. All of that has been true.

Enhancing Lives

Our values center on a core belief in doing what’s right. One unique way we do this is through the GAME Changers, a dedicated group of Garmann Miller team members who plan and perform philanthropic endeavors throughout the year. Through the GAME Changers, Garmann Miller dedicates eight hours per employee of paid volunteer time annually—that equates to approximately 500 hours of giving back to the communities we serve. Collectively, our team provides volunteer time, talent and treasure to more than 100 philanthropic, educational and not-for-profit organizations each year. Have a giveback event or fundraising effort for which we can partner? Let’s change the game, together.
