Craig Mescher is a project manager, based in our Celina office, with expertise in project development and funding. Licensed as both a professional engineer and a professional surveyor in Ohio, he guides projects from initial concept through construction, ensuring practical solutions that deliver long-term value to communities. Craig especially values seeing the positive impact infrastructure improvements can have on cities and villages alike.

A graduate of the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Craig brings both technical insight and creative problem-solving to his work, helping clients find efficient, cost-effective approaches to their projects.

Outside the office, Craig enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his wife and kids.
