Jim Seiple, AIA, NCARB, serves as director of Cleveland operations. With more than 25 years of experience, he leads multidisciplinary teams through all phases of complex projects, bringing steady leadership and a collaborative approach that ensures design excellence, clear communication, and client satisfaction from start to finish.

A graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Architecture, Jim is a licensed architect in Ohio and several other states across the Midwest and Southeast. He also holds NCARB certification and is affiliated with AIA Cleveland.

He values the daily journey of guiding teams through challenges and seeing their work take shape. Outside the office, Jim enjoys time with family and friends.
