Tod is a valuable asset to Garmann Miller’s business development team, bringing a wealth of experience from his career in teaching and academic administration. His tenure in K-12 education included roles as assistant high school principal and athletic director at Bryan City Schools, high school principal at Edgerton Local Schools, and superintendent at Ayersville and Liberty Center Local Schools. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Toledo and completed his Doctor of Education at the University of Findlay. In addition to his role at Garmann Miller, Tod currently serves as executive director of the Northern Buckeye Education Council and Northwest Ohio Computer Association.
Having led 15 district levy campaigns and contributed to numerous construction projects, Tod understands the complexities involved in school facility planning. The most rewarding part of his role at Garmann Miller is the opportunity to assist district leaders in navigating the many facets of school construction projects—from Board of Education and community engagement to overseeing the construction process from a superintendent’s perspective.
Outside of work, Tod enjoys shooting sports, including trap, sporting clays, and 5-stand. Once retired, he hopes to travel across the country and participate in each state’s ATA Trap tournament.
