Allison Schmitmeyer is a civil engineer and surveyor based in our Celina office, where she contributes to a wide range of projects, including site design, subdivision planning, roadway reconstructions, and waterline improvements. In addition to design work, she prepares boundary surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and other key survey documents.
A 2023 graduate of the University of Toledo, Allison earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a minor in surveying, graduating summa cum laude. She was named one of four “Senior Scholars” in her class and was also recognized as a Presidential Scholar throughout her college career. Allison has passed her FE, PE, and FS exams and is working toward dual licensure as a professional engineer and professional surveyor.
She values the variety her profession offers, as no two projects are alike, and she takes pride in knowing her work has a positive impact on communities.
Outside the office, Allison enjoys time with her husband and daughter, walking, reading, and playing piano. She also helps run the timing systems for Coldwater cross country and track meets alongside her mom—a tradition she’s been part of since middle school.
