Ken Goad

Ken is a construction contract administrator with extensive experience supporting public PK-12 construction projects. His background includes training through the United States Navy Construction Schools in public works facilities management, project management, and quality control building inspections. He also holds an associate degree in architectural design from Hudson Valley Community College and completed the CSI Construction Contract Administration Certification Course.

Ken serves as a liaison between contractors, owners, and project teams during construction, managing submittals, pay applications, and change orders while leading coordination and progress meetings. His work helps keep projects on schedule, aligned with design intent, and executed to a high standard.

Outside of work, Ken enjoys motorsports, relaxing at the shore, reading about early American history, and visiting historic sites with family.
