Michele is the director of business operations for the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing financial, human resources, and other business functions.

She manages financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, while also supporting HR and internal operations. Her work helps keep the region organized and running smoothly, allowing project teams to stay focused on delivering high-quality work.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and dogs. Her happy place is the beach, where she can relax, recharge, and take in the calming rhythm of the ocean.
