Ross Henschen is a civil designer with interests in transportation, site development, and water resources. Through previous co-op experiences in surveying and construction management, he developed a passion for solving real-world challenges and helping projects move from concept to completion.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Ohio State University and is currently working toward his engineer intern certification.

Outside of work, Ross enjoys lifting, running, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and playing golf. One of his bucket-list goals is to go skydiving.
