Sharon, a proud Hokie with a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech, is a business development coordinator who supports the firm’s pursuit efforts and client engagement. With an extensive background in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, she coordinates proposal responses and works with project teams to manage timelines, gather content, and maintain consistency across deliverables. Her organization and attention to detail help keep pursuits on track and well-executed.

Most weekends from spring through fall, you’ll find Sharon enjoying the Delaware beaches, while winter months are usually spent skiing at resorts across Pennsylvania. With a lifelong interest in architecture, especially historic architecture, she is also a member of the Historic Preservation Trust of Lancaster County.
