This new 7,236 sf building is a state-of-the-art facility that allows the administration and police department to have separate offices and yet be connected with the Council Room in the center of the building. The northeast portion of the building houses the Police Department, while the southwest portion of the building is the Village Administration offices. The building also includes a tornado safe room. The Council Room is larger and allows for more versatility in the types of meetings, conferences, and community events that can be held there. The building also provides ADA access and a drive-thru window to its community members so that administrative functions can be much more convenient.
