SCOPE
New Build
Clear Fork Valley Local Schools built two new PK-5 elementary schools simultaneously. Bellville Elementary is a two-story 56,263 sf building that was built into the grade of the hill beside the existing school. It has a drop-off loop in the front, near the main office, as well as bus loading and unloading areas that double as event parking. The 6,000 sf gym has bleachers and a stage that opens out to the gym as well as to the student commons. Classrooms now have a projector with interactive technology and an amplification system. The district had passed a bond issue before hiring Garmann Miller.
