At Malabar Farm State Park, Garmann Miller designed an out building renovation and updated the restroom facilities. A renovation to the existing restroom was done to include ADA accessibility. Additional fixtures were added to meet the needs of the park when there are large crowds attending the festivals held on the grounds several times a year.
