The owner's vision was to create a state-of-the-art clubhouse that complements the course while serving members, guests, and the surrounding community throughout the year. Strategically oriented to maximize views, the clubhouse features a full-service kitchen with upgraded equipment, a bar with 12 beer taps, dining space, a pro shop, member locker rooms, restrooms and three golf simulator bays. Modern mechanical systems, a new well, enhanced lighting and air conditioning further improve comfort and building performance.

Covered and open-air patios provide flexible gathering spaces for everyday use, tournaments and special events. Operable glass overhead doors and folding glass partitions allow the indoor-outdoor spaces to be enjoyed throughout the seasons, eliminating the need for temporary tents previously used for larger outings.

Site improvements enhance safety and accessibility, including a reconfigured entrance from State Route 127, a newly paved and illuminated parking lot, and an LED monument sign promoting events, dining and golf activities.

More than a clubhouse, the facility serves as a year-round destination for dining, recreation and community gatherings. In addition to supporting members and guests, the course hosts local high school golf teams and introduces elementary and middle school students to the game through instructional opportunities, helping cultivate the next generation of golfers while strengthening connections throughout the surrounding communities.
