SCOPE
New Build

Garmann Miller designed extensive renovations and additions to Miami Valley Career Technology Center, which is now under construction. The project is historical as it is the largest single building built by the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission; 574,321 square feet. The construction will allow MVCTC the ability to offer new opportunities and programs for their students and better meet the needs of their business stakeholders. The project is complex as the campus remains occupied during the duration of this phased construction project.
Approximately 462,660 sf of additions will be added to the West Building for classrooms, low-bay and high-bay spaces.

At Garmann Miller, we believe career technical education prepares students for the needs of today and tomorrow. Students gain hands-on, real-world experience that employers desire. The programs create doers and dreamers, while students become makers, fixers and solvers. With MVCTC’s vision, together with our passion and experience, will ensure the school remains a top choice of students and families for expert career-technical and academic education.
