Garmann Miller designed a 22,056 square foot multi-purpose community center for St Henry Local Schools. Garmann Miller assisted the St Henry Athletic Boosters and the School District with fundraising, renderings, design, and construction administration. The project was 100% locally funded through donations from businesses and community members.

The center serves both the community and school district for various recreational and educational needs. The center includes a multi-use assembly space used for basketball (adjustable rims), baseball (batting cages), volleyball, pickle ball, three lane walking/running track, and open space for various activities. There is a spacious weight room with new weight room equipment, public restrooms, and storage. The weight room was furnished with graphics to celebrate St Henry’s long winning tradition by depicting the state championship teams, and professional athletes such as Bobby Hoying, Jim Lachey, Jeff Hartings and Wally Post.
The facility opened in November 2020 and will continue to be used to bring the residents of the St. Henry community and school district together. Go Skins!
