Garmann Miller initially developed a feasibility study for Tri-Village Local Schools in 2019 to address improving their education and extra-curricular needs. The district was experiencing a growing enrollment and wanted to ensure that their facilities were responding to this growth. In 2021, Tri-Village Local Schools decided to proceed with a vast majority of the feasibility study by commissioning Garmann Miller to design both the Patriot Activity Center (PAC) Building and the Patriot Early Learning Center (PELC) Building Addition.
Tri-Village Local Schools is currently building an early learning center building addition to their existing K-12 school building. The Patriot Early Learning Center is a 6,226 sf wood-structure building to house the district’s expanding preschool program. The building addition includes two large preschool classrooms, with access to one another with large, glass garage doors, a welcoming entry lobby and a future art classroom to serve their elementary school needs. This project is on-track to be completed and in use by Tri-Village Local Schools in August of 2022.
