Garmann Miller has been ranked the No. 1 firm nationwide to receive Platinum-level status in the 2025 Excellence in Client Experience Awards. Presented by Client Savvy, A ClearlyRated Company, this top-tier recognition celebrates professional design firms known for delivering exceptional client service. The award was announced at the CXps Annual Conference, held at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico.

The Client Experience Award is earned by demonstrating results based on objective client feedback. Using Client Savvy’s Feedback Tool, GM implemented a structured outreach program to gather insights on team performance, quality, and other key project areas.
In its initial baseline survey, Garmann Miller earned an 85 (out of 100) Net Promoter Score, which is the second highest achieved NPS metric since Client Savvy began offering its feedback service in 2004. NPS measures customer perception based on how likely it is that a client would recommend a firm to a friend or colleague.
Garmann Miller also earned recognition as a Best Firm to Work For for the seventh consecutive year and took home three first-place Marketing Excellence awards. GM accepted the honors at Zweig Group’s ElevateAEC Conference & Awards Gala, which took place Sept. 9–11 in San Antonio, Texas.
