Garmann Miller has acquired Access Engineering Solutions, a civil engineering company in Celina, Ohio, effective March 31, 2025. Access Engineering will now operate as a member of the Garmann Miller family of companies, which also includes Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based Gilbert Architects.

Founded in 2013, Access Engineering Solutions has built a strong reputation in the municipal, utility, and roadway sectors. As longtime partners, the firms have successfully collaborated on several projects, including recent work with Celina City Schools, Marion Local Schools, and New Bremen Local Schools.

This acquisition reflects Garmann Miller’s strategic commitment to expanding its in-house services and strengthening its integrated project delivery model across the regions it serves.
