Garmann Miller recently hired four professionals to its multi-service design and planning team: Luke Baucher, construction administrator, Clinton Hirschfeld, education specialist; John Jutte, technology designer; and Adam Rickard, mechanical designer.
Baucher is a veteran construction foreman with over 15 years of experience working and overseeing all phases of projects. His duties will include on-site construction observation, coordination between contractors and the design team, reporting and recording project progress, and shop drawing reviews.
Hirschfeld comes to GM after serving 11 years in the public-school sector as a teacher, assistant principal and technology coordinator. He will perform various duties at GM that include coordinating master planning and educational visioning sessions for K-12 schools, assisting business development efforts and developing technological solutions.
Jutte brings over 15 years of information technology experience to the team. A former K-12 education technology coordinator, he will identify, design and implement secure networking and systems solutions for Garmann Miller. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering technology from DeVry University.
Based in Millerstown, Pa., Rickard is GM’s first full-time remote designer. He has held various mechanical and plumbing system design positions over his 26-year career and will continue those responsibilities at GM. His extensive experience with Building Information Modeling and school design is a valuable resource for GM clients.
