The design market in the Midwest is still growing strong.
According to Engineering News-Record, the top design firms in the 11-state region are offering more expertise and services than ever before. That diversification resulted in another year of growth as the firms reported total revenue of $5.8 billion for fiscal year 2018, up from $5.7 billion from last year’s survey.
Thanks to Garmann/Miller’s full-service business model, the Minster and Columbus, Ohio-based architectural and engineering firm found itself within ENR’s top 100, coming in at No. 99 overall. It also was ranked No. 17 in the Green Design category and No. 16 in Education, one of just two Ohio firms to crack the publication’s top 20.
GMAE offers in-house services of architecture, engineering, interior and graphic design, site architecture and technology, as well as community engagement, master planning, financial and tax planning, enrollment projection and demographics in K-12 pre-bond campaigns.
