Garmann/Miller has new hardware to display in its Minster lobby. The Southwestern Auglaize County Chamber of Commerce named the full-service architectural and engineering firm recipient of its 2019 Community & Business Pride Award Tuesday, March 5, in New Bremen, Ohio. The recognition was announced by Executive Director Logan O’Neill during the chamber’s Annual Meeting & Awards Lunch.
According to the chamber, the award is presented to “An organization that has made changes to its operation by expansion, renovation or significant growth and has made a significant, positive impact on the community in which it operates.”
This is the second time in GMAE’s 26-year history to take home the award (2011). O’Neill also awarded the Businessperson of the Year to NKTelco’s Preston Meyer and the Special Achievement Award to Mary Ann Olding, who acquires resources such as medical equipment, tools, canned food and supplies, and delivers them to outdated hospitals in Cuba.
