Expanding Our Reach in Northeast Ohio

Jenn StoreyNews

As part of Garmann Miller’s continued growth, we expanded our regional footprint with the opening of an office in Independence, Ohio. Our Northeast Ohio office strengthens our ability to serve school districts and communities across the area and builds on the relationships we’ve established over the years.

This expansion supports our growing work in the area, including Garmann Miller’s planning partnership with Independence Local Schools. Through that engagement, GM is helping the district evaluate its facilities and plan for the future of its learning environments.

“Opening an office in Independence was an important step for us and a reflection of our commitment to Northeast Ohio,” said CEO Eric Baltzell. “We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with communities and school districts throughout the region and look forward to building lasting relationships rooted in trust, service and collaboration.”

The team is led by Jim Seiple, AIA, director of Cleveland operations. He works alongside Monica Bruaw, CPSM, the firm’s lead K-12 planner, and a growing team of local professionals dedicated to serving school districts and community-focused organizations.

For more than 30 years, Garmann Miller has partnered with clients across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions to create environments that support learning, strengthen communities, and prepare organizations for the future. The Independence office represents another step in that journey.
